Kelly is an Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registered Osteopath who completed her Bachelor of Science (Osteopathy) and Master of Health Science (Osteopathy) at Victoria University.
Kelly believes in the importance of actively listening to patients to build a strong partnership to better understand their concerns and goals. She employs a range of techniques unique to each patient’s needs, aiming to restore balance and function. Kelly has particular interests in treating neck, TMJ, shoulder, and chronic pain.
Drawing from completed research studies on the impacts of mindfulness meditation on chronic pain, Kelly has a deep understanding of the intricate connection between mind and body. Embodying a holistic approach, Kelly considers not only the physical but also the mental, emotional, and social aspects of her patient’s well-being. Kelly works collaboratively with her patients to create tailored treatment plans that extend beyond the treatment room. These plans may include rehabilitation, ergonomic, and lifestyle changes, all aimed at achieving the best possible outcomes.
Outside the clinic, Kelly enjoys a balanced life. Whether she’s riding her horse, immersed in a good book, or exploring the Sunshine Coast—her new home—Kelly brings a vibrant energy to her practice.
