Welcome to Northside Therapies
We treat the person not the symptom
We offer Osteopathy and Massage treatments in a professional and family friendly practice. We are open six days a week and we are conveniently located on Anzac Avenue, Kallangur with onsite parking.
Osteopaths are allied health professionals that use hands on techniques to diagnose and treat restrictions in the tissues of the body. Every patient is unique and thus we strive to understand your individual complaint and the factors that are contributing to it.
Treatment plans are individually designed to address the tissues and factors contributing to your symptoms. Our goal is not only to reduce your pain or discomfort, but to allow your body to function better to improve your overall health.
About Us
Northside Therapies offers Osteopathic and Massage treatments in a beautifully renovated 1950’s farmhouse. The practice caters for all ages. Ramps and wide doorways allow easy access for wheelchairs and prams, along with full disabled bathroom and baby change facilities.
The clinic has a family-friendly focus and welcomes babies and children. We have a dedicated children’s waiting room with toys and activities to keep the kids entertained.
The practice has its own car park to the rear of the building, for easy accessibility. There is also a bus stop out the front of the practice. We are located on Anzac Ave, Kallangur, only a few hundred metres from the Bruce Highway.
We would like to acknowledge the Gubbi Gubbi people who are the traditional custodians of the land on which we work. We would also like to pay respect to the Gubbi Gubbi elders, past, present and emerging, and extend this respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait people from other communities who are here today.

A big welcome to our new Osteo Kelly!
Kelly is an Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registered Osteopath who completed her Bachelor of Science (Osteopathy) and Master of Health Science (Osteopathy) at Victoria University.
Kelly believes in the importance of actively listening to patients to build a strong partnership to better understand their concerns and goals. She employs a range of techniques unique to each patient's needs, aiming to restore balance and function. Kelly has particular interests in treating neck, TMJ, shoulder, and chronic pain.
Drawing from completed research studies on the impacts of mindfulness meditation on chronic pain, Kelly has a deep understanding of the intricate connection between mind and body. Embodying a holistic approach, Kelly considers not only the physical but also the mental, emotional, and social aspects of her patient's well-being. Kelly works collaboratively with her patients to create tailored treatment plans that extend beyond the treatment room. These plans may include rehabilitation, ergonomic, and lifestyle changes, all aimed at achieving the best possible outcomes.
Outside the clinic, Kelly enjoys a balanced life. Whether she's riding her horse, immersed in a good book, or exploring the Sunshine Coast—her new home—Kelly brings a vibrant energy to her practice.
Kelly will be available all day on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays starting on the 6th of December.
