  • Qualified Practitioners:
All our practitioners are fully qualified and registered with health funds.
  • HICAPS Facility:
We offer the HICAPS facility for on-the-spot health fund rebate claims, meaning you only pay the gap fee. Most health funds cover osteopathy; some may not cover massage.
  • Accepted Payments:
We accept cash, MasterCard, American Express and Visa.
  • Doctor’s Referrals:
If you have an Allied Health Referral from your doctor, there will be a gap payment.

You do not need a referral to come for treatment, however, you may be able to access a referral under the following categories to assist with treatment cost.

DVA

Our Osteopaths are registered with the Department of Veteran Affairs, and are able to treat DVA patients who have a referral from their GP. Veteran Affairs payments are billed directly to the DVA.

Work Cover

We are able to treat Work Cover patients, a referral from your GP is required and confirmation from work cover to recognise the claim. Patients are required to pay for their treatments and submit their claim to Work cover themselves. Please note that in most cases there is a gap amount between our fees and work cover, which is met by the patient.

Medicare/Allied Health

Doctors are able to refer to Osteopaths under the Allied Health Referral Plan (formerly known as the Enhanced Primary Care Plan). This is for patients with chronic complaints that meet the conditions of the AHR Plan. Patients may receive up to 5 treatments for which they are eligible for a Medicare rebate. Please note that appointments are not bulk-billed and a gap payment will be required.

A referral from the GP on the AHR Plan is required. For further information about eligibility for an AHR Plan please contact Medicare or your own GP.

NDIS

Please speak to our friendly reception staff about NDIS referrals.

Due to high demand and a waiting list, failure to keep an appointment will result in a 50% fee of the appointment cost. Please provide at least 6 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid charges.
