Payment
All our practitioners are fully qualified and registered with the health funds.
We offer the HICAPS facility which allows you to claim your health fund rebate on the spot, meaning you only pay the gap fee for treatment. All major health funds participate in the service for osteopathic treatment, however, only limited health funds currently use the HICAPS facility for massage.
Please check with us or your health fund for further information.
We also accept cash, MasterCard and Visa payments. Please note patients with Doctors referrals for the Allied Health Referral from their doctor will incur a gap payment.
Due to the increased demand for appointments, and our ever-increasing waiting list for popular appointment times, failure to keep an appointment will result in fee equivalent to 50% of the appointment fee. We ask that you give us at least 6 hours’ notice of a cancellation. This will allow us to offer the appointment to other clients, and we appreciate your co-operation in this matter.
