Pilates is a physical fitness system developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates, after whom it was named.
One on one Pilates classes are available with qualified Pilates instructor, Ryo.
Pilates lengthens and stretches all the major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion. It improves flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness, with a focus on core strength.
Ryo is available by appointment on Tuesdays through to Saturdays.
